Pop sensation Tate McRae is gearing up to release the deluxe edition of her chart-topping album So Close to What on November 21, 2025, just as her massive Miss Possessive Tour comes to an end.
Despite the project’s success, McRae explained that she wasn’t quite ready to move on. “We had a few more songs that I wanted to share with y’all to close out the SC2W era,” she wrote on social media.
This expanded version comes after the original album’s massive success earlier this year. When So Close to What dropped in February, it debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, becoming McRae’s first album to top the chart.
While the full tracklist hasn’t been officially revealed, fans can expect several new songs, including the already popular lead single “Tit for Tat”.
As she wraps one of her most accomplished years yet, this project feels like both a celebration and a statement that Tate McRae isn’t slowing down anytime soon.
