Titans QB Will Levis to Miss Entire Season Following Shoulder Procedure

The Tennessee Titans have suffered a major blow before training camp even begins. Quarterback Will Levis underwent shoulder surgery earlier this week and will miss the entire 2025 NFL season, the team confirmed Tuesday morning.

The procedure was performed to repair lingering damage from an injury Levis sustained last season—a Grade 2 AC joint sprain in his throwing shoulder that never fully healed. While he was cleared for offseason workouts, discomfort returned in June, and further evaluation led doctors to recommend surgical intervention.

“This is obviously tough,” Titans head coach Brian Callahan said in a statement. “Will worked incredibly hard this offseason and was in a good place. Our priority now is making sure he gets healthy for 2026.”

Levis, 25, entered the offseason uncertain of his role following the Titans’ decision to draft Cam Ward with the No. 1 overall pick.

Levis is expected to begin rehab immediately, with a full recovery timeline projected at 6–9 months. While his future with the Titans remains uncertain, he remains under contract through 2026.

For now, it’s a season lost—but Levis has vowed to come back stronger.
