Universal’s upcoming Snoop Dogg biopic is expanding its cast with significant additions. SwayvoTwain, known for his roles in “Family Legacy” and “Love & Neo-Soul: Honoring the Legacy of D’Angelo,” is set to embody the iconic Biggie Smalls. This casting marks a notable moment, bringing the son of music legends D’Angelo and Angie Stone into the portrayal of the influential rapper.
The film, tentatively titled “Snoop,” will also feature Bentley Green, who has appeared in “The Land” and “Undercard,” as RBX. Additionally, G Perico, recognized for his work in “Kings of L.A.” and “She Ball,” will take on the role of Big Reecie Cup. Jonathan Daviss is already attached to star in the project, which promises to delve into the life and career of Snoop Dogg.
