Celina Murga, a mentee of acclaimed director Martin Scorsese, is set to release her next film, titled ‘The Rehearsals’ (“Los Ensayos”). The project has been selected as one of 15 to participate in the prestigious San Sebastián Europe-Latin America Co-Production Forum.
Murga is recognized for her work on Scorsese-executive produced dramas such as ‘The Freshly Cut Grass’ and ‘The Third Side of the River’. Her career began with the critically praised 2003 debut, “Ana and the Others.” The upcoming film, ‘The Rehearsals’, is based on an as-yet-undisclosed premise.
