Brit director Scott Vickers has lined up the cast for the upcoming Amsterdam-set gangland thriller “Nozem,” which is set to begin shooting in the Dutch capital next week. The film will be led by its writer, Buddy Boerkoel, and will also feature Daniel Fathers, known for his role in “House of the Dragon,” alongside Francesca van Neuren (“Coked”) and Ibrahim Naji (“Gedachten aan de regen”).
