The LeBron vs Stephen A Smith feud just got taken to another level. On Wednesday morning, LeBron went on the Pat McAfee Show to address his confrontation with Stephen A.
Remember that Stephen A had called out Bronny for only being in the NBA because of his dad which led LeBron to approach him during the Lakers-Knicks game on March 6.
LeBron didn’t hold back explaining why.
“When you take it and you get personal with it, it’s my job to not only protect my damn household but protect the players.” (via Pat McAfee Show)
James also said Smith “completely missed the whole point” and Smith is “like on a Taylor Swift tour run right now.”
Stephen A wasted no time in clapping back. On his own show later that day, Smith called out LeBron for lying:
“My issue is with LeBron James. And I just want to say for the record: LeBron James is full of it. And in this particular instance, as it pertains to his son [Bronny], he is a liar.” (via Stephen A Smith Show)
Regardless of who’s telling the truth, it doesn’t look like their beef is ending anytime soon and is going to get worse from here.
