Vicki Gunvalson denied reports that she is leaving The Real Housewives of Orange County on Monday, October 5, 2026, but questions remain about her long-term status with the franchise.
The denial did not include specifics about whether she will appear in upcoming episodes or outline a timeline for any change. Gunvalson’s response stopped short of clarifying how involved she will be in the show’s near-term plans.
As a veteran presence associated with RHOC, Gunvalson’s standing carries weight for the series’ cast dynamics and promotional strategy. Moves by high-profile cast members have historically reshaped season storylines and viewer interest, making clarity about her future particularly consequential.
Industry observers note that confirmations of departures or returns by marquee personalities often trigger rapid casting adjustments and influence marketing and ratings as producers ready new seasons.
No further official details have been released. We will monitor statements from Gunvalson, production and the network and update this report as more information becomes available.
